Hi guys,

This seems to have been solved by the upgrade that I did today, which included several changes to improve performance. In fact, it seems like everything is just much quicker.

Let me know if you experience any further problems.

(You can read about the upgrade here.)

Cheers,

Oliver

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience. I have been absolutely flat out with work, including being away for extended periods, and have only just started to look at this issue.

It seems that other boards have the same problem so hopefully there will be a resulution soon.

Cheers,

Oliver

Any updates on this?

Still takes too long to post a reply.

Took 15 or 20 seconds, which is not what it should be.

I'll make some inquiries with the hosting company.

About 20% of the time I get a "Submit Failed" and have to re-submit, not really a drama, just thought it was the old dino I'm using.

It's only been a recent thing but yes, takes up to 30 seconds to post once the button is pushed.

I am finding that it take quite a long time between hitting 'submit' and getting the
'your reply has been posted' message.

Is this something to do with the new spam settings or something?

Oh, and well done for killing the spam problem. I haven't seen any since returning.
