Cheers Oliver, though I had gotten so used to it, I fear I may now miss it a little :P

Hi team,

I think I've fixed this issue by turning off what's called G-Zip compression on the server/database. While it may increase the amount of bandwidth used (and possibly slow very slightly the loading of pages), on the upside it may also lead to an increase in speed of pages displaying, depending on your PC specs.

Let me know if anyone experiences this issue again.

Cheers,

Oliver

Must be pay back time for me.
It's now appearing on my system as well. But it only appears on the initial page when I log onto this site. It doesn't show on subsequent pages.
I just use good ole windows xp.

An individual can't remove the error it's a board error. Therefore an administrator must fix it. In this case the banner is conflicting with the code causing multiple errors.

I use Opera.. the error is appearing. It'll do that, as it's a server-end error.

doesn't bother me though - site still works otherwise, doesn't it :-)

1. Whinge about code errors
2. Feel frustrated because they can't identify the cause
3. Post frustration on forums
4. Become infuriated as no one can post a fix
5. Give other forum members a laugh

Have a nice day! Oh, and a good weekend ! :D :D :D :D

I have IE7 and never experienced it.

Might have something to do with IE7. I do not have another browser installed to check though...

I get it at home but not at work... that stranged me out a little. I have seen other forums using the same software package, and I have never seen this.
