If you're running windows XP , there's a plug-in you can get from [url=http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx]here[/url] , halfway down the page on the right you'll see the d/load link
To resize a pic just right-click over the image and select resize picture .
You get 3 different sizes to choose from .

when posting pics how do i resize them so that they are viewable instead of 'oversized'.

must be a pita to sroll up, down, left, right etc.
