With a KIT brew, is there anyway that you can add both a brew enhancer and Dextrose together to up the alcohol? I find the Brew enhancers make the AC level to low, still a nice drop with good head and body (am i talking about beer :P) but more a ...

What is this thing you call Racking????

Just a quick question about racking. What is it. I normally wait til the brew is finished and then just bottle. Is there something i should do in the middle???? Is the beer better to rack your beer????

at higher temps your gravity will drop quicker.. lower temps & the slower it'll drop.
you could try racking it with some more fermentables.. i guess its up to you - if your fg comes down to 1006 you'll end up at around 4.2-4.5% - a decent quaffing level :)
