Racked this about 10 mins ago and it tasted like a winner

Oops missed a 0 on that one shoud of read 220g
Fixed it now

Its an infusion pack that my local homebrew shop makes up.

From the pack Malted barly: Crystal, chocolate,220g
Hops: East kent Goldings,13g

Will try the Amarillo on the next brew.

Thanks earle i did add extra hops to the boil at 30mins and at 15 mins about 30g all up might dry hop aswell when i rack.

Putting this down this afternoon

Hello all

Bought some supplies on thursday and plan on putting this down this afternoon

1 X 1.7kg can coopers sparkling (premium selection)
1 x 1.5kg can morgans amber malt extract
1 x Flavour plus pack has Malted barly:crystal,chocolate,220g
also has 13g of east kent goldings hops.
And a safeale ...

My HBS only sells whitelabs yeast can you do the same with it as you can with the smack pack.

Also how long will they last in the stubby

Hi probably a stupid question but could you let it cold condition in the bottle
Just a thought as I am about to do a Pilsner and would like to cold condition but don't have the spare fridge that would fit my fermenter.

Where about in western sydney i am in the blue mountains and can get liquid yeast from http://www.bmbrews.com.au
My local home brew shop is in walking distance from my house.
Great shop but only open from wed-sun.
