Quick question for you guys I brought a coopers Draught the other day and im not too sure what kind of sugar to us for fermentation. There's either Brewing sugar or there's Brew Enhancer 1 im still kind of new to it all so im not sure what to use. Also would anyone recommend anything ells to mix ...

Just brought coopers Larger from Coles was on special $9.50 if I remember correctly. Anyhow a mate was telling me to just use 1kg plan sugar. And that's all... Im kind of new to it all, I normally buy the kit with all the dextrose and hops all together. Would it be advisable to try it out or am I ...

I got a batch of Morgan's mountain larger been going now for 13 days :shock: . Im sure it will stop tomorrow might give it another day just incase. Been at a steady 21c all the time. Mid you last batch I did only took 4 days had it at about 26c all the way :oops: Still tastes ok just a little flat ...

Thankyou Beau 8) save me another trip to the shop, ill just use the normal sugar. You still use the same amount about 2 teaspoons for 750 ml.

Being my second beer Bach I was wondering what kind of sugar you use to place in the beer bottles. The first Bach I made I used the sugar that came in my kit which is a morgans kit. Well it's been 8 days today and my beer is still fermenting well if you call a bubble every 10 mins still fermenting that's what's its doing its been at a constant temp between 18 - 20 c. is it ok to leave it there another couple of days after fermentation has finished ...
