I went to a pub in Canberra the other day that had the largest range of imported beer I have ever seen in a pub. Can't remember the name of it but great food and it had a full A4 paper sized beer list.

Just wondering what is your favourite pub like this and where are they?

I am thinking of putting the chilli's in primary so there is no evidence present when my mother in law drinks it

Has anyone had a go at making chilli beer succesfully? Any good recipes or ideas for me to start with?

I have a stove I need to get rid of. Perfect for doing boils and the like. 3 of the 4 hotplates work great 1 hotplate is stuffed (just needs new ring if you desire) and the oven doesn't work. If you have some space in your brew shed you are more than welcome to it.
