Anyone got a recipe for gluten free beer that is not toomuch like hard work? My daughter loves HB but cant drink very much due to intolerance.

Trizza, i have it in a box, very clean and sealed so i think it may be ok. An old mate still brews in a plastic garbage bin and just keeps a wet cloth on top and changes it every day. You would think that would be monty for an infection but i havent had a bad beer off him yet.
Cheers,
Rabby.

Boonie,
Ring is on and i wet it before doing it up. The grommet is tight and nothing is leaking around it, (splashed a bit of water on it). Havent had any smell in the box, SG is @1015, brew looks a bit cloudy but smells ok.

I moved mine a few times until i constructed the "Beer Box" and i dont need to any more. In winter the 75 Watt globe keeps it just right and in summer i can turn it off.
