G'day brewers.
Thought I would let those who are in or near the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne, that Coopers are available for $12 per 6 pack at a pub in Clifton Hill.
The beauty of this deal is that you can mix and match your beers to make up the 6.

I have tried searching for recipes that may have been posted in the past but haven't been able to find any.

On the citrus theme still..... has anyone tried limes?
Cumquats will be interesting also.

I like the idea of the ginger, coriander, cinnamon etc, experiment, but I wonder... What type of effects would varying quantities ...
