Anyone tried any of those?
KAM is the brand, they do an assortment of fruit flavored beers, althou i only know of strawberry and lemon for sure. This is actually what 1st got me interested in the idea of mixing fruit juice in secondary.
regardless of that thou, the lemon is rather sickly looking ...

Gday, i did a kit of Coopers Bavarian Lager, with the Coopers BE2 and an extra 500gram of dextrose. I used a genuine saflager yeast and had it in primary for 2 weeks at temps ranging between 12 and 14 degrees.

I am going a Cooper's Bavarian Lager in a temp control fridge at 13degress.
I am using a genuine saflager yeast, not the one in the kit (which i have kept).
I used a 1kg bag of Coopers BE1 as instructed, and an extra 500gm of dextrose.
The OG was 1040, it is currently 1020, i expect it to drop ...

what yeast should i use
gday, i just started making a batch of Morgans Australian Draught but i can't find the yeast that came with it.
I have a packet of SafAle yeast and a packet of brigalows yeast that came with a there lager.
I expect to be able to keep this brew at about 25 degrees.
Which one should i use?

I bottled a batch of coopers pale ale yesterday arvo, and found that two of the bottles were dented. I left those two out on the bench and now one of them has half settled and gone clear . you can't really see the actual crease itself but you can see where it is from the distorted/reflected image
they were brand new, they wern't buckled from hotwater

I have access to an industrial juicer, (i dont know if it is really industrial, but it devours whole apples in seconds).

Gday, my brew hadn't bubbled through the airlock for 2 days so i put the finings in (brigalow).
Then when i put the fermenter lid back on it has started bubbling again (fairly vigorously), which makes me think it just wasn't sealed properly.
