I've put a 20L keg in my kegerator but where previous beers have poured fine this beer it quite foamy and takes a while to settle to half a ...

Does beer age in a Keg as it does in a bottle?
I've been reading about the amazing Wassa's Honey Porter which is best left in a bottle for 3 months. Now I used to bottle but am now in love with my kegs and was wondering if I could store this in a keg.
Would it have the same effect? Should the kegs be stored chilled?
Thanks.

Need assistance in fixing a keg tap
I have myself a kegerator at home with two 'pub style twist taps'. one is working fine so it's not the end of the world but my other tap is pissing out beer when it shouldn't be.
I have pulled it apart and put it back together as I really don't know what I'm doing. Does anyone have any information ...

Yeastie Boys - Rex Attitude
Has anyone else had the fortune to try the Rex Attitude brewed by New Zealand brewers Yeastie Boys?
it was on at the local a while back for their NZ Spectapular and it is the most interesting beer I have ever tried and it's a very love/hate beer.
From their webpage
They said it couldn't be done ...

What is Cube/cold Conditioning?
I've just read during my searches about Cube Conditioning where one would store wort before fermentation as well as reading about cold conditioning.
Whare are the benefits of this and how would one go about cold conditioning?

Cold steeping? never heard of that one.
Also another possible really silly question, how do you know what grains/malt/yeast goes best together? If I want to make a fruity beer I assume I would stay away from dark malts??

Re: Is there any simple instructions for Extract brewing?
Thanks heaps Oliver,
Reading the section on grain I'm a little confused,
Does the grain need to be broken up (wizzed in a food processor) as I thought this was the case?
I also thought the grain needed to be put in at a certian temp not cold water and then brough to that temp.

Is there any simple instructions for Extract brewing?
I've done a few brews with kit form and recently I bought a Bock Extract kit from daves home brew to try and do something a little different.
It had basic instructions with grain, malt, etc but as I'm quite new and cluleless to all of this the bags were labeled BAG 1, BAG 2, etc so I don't quite ...

Re: Did I kill my poor yeast?
I've put a can of Cascade Chocolate porter, 1kg of malt (as advise by HB shop) and filled it upto 20l (also as advised by HB shop).
It doesn't appear to be a leak in the fermenter as when I squease the fermenter the airlock goes up, also the airlock was bubbling away like crazy before and now ...

Re:
Overall - its a great place, I do like it - I actually wish they removed some tables and made it a bit more like a bar as opposed to a real sit down, restaurant feel in some parts. The beer is not cheap - it is on par with me going to the Belgian Beer Cafe - but the place packs out, so I guess they ...
