Being a Raiders supporter I don't have anything to cheer about this time of year  My Dad supports the Cowboys so I'll be cheering them on in the Final Series :D
I am the comp manager for our footy tipping (NRL) and I have a drama. In our competition you don't get any points if you fail to tip ...
My first car was an '82 Gemini that had Fred Flinstone brakes
Sold that and moved to a Ford Escort RS2000 with a Sierra 5 speed and boy could that thing move  Considered the Cossie engine swap but $$$ and time cut that project short. Sold it to a young bloke who I stressed to ...
Not me Boonie but I might have to make a special trip up there to check it out. Been on a bit of a break on the homebrew scene the past few weeks but should be ready to put another one down when I get paid next week.
Canberra supporting living near Newcastle territory and I wouldn't change a thing.
Newcastle isn't a bad team. They tend to keep out of the headlines and place a nice style of footy (except over the weekend) but their supporters are just wankers. My ex's family were a prime example

Started drinking Tooheys New at 10 one morning and made the switch to Bundy at around 10 that night. Needless to say my mind was saying not to make the switch but you know how it is ....
No spew the next day but the headache the next day and the following 3  Death was looking pretty good ...
Does wrapping your brew with blankets on a cold night in the shed because you're worried count as an obsession??
Does wanting to check the brew when you get home from work count even though you can't see anything in the shed because it doesn't have power count as an obsession?? :shock ...
27 here and only been brewing for about 6 weeks. Learning more and more every time I visit this forum. Kicking myself for not starting a few years earlier
Thanks Boonie - been hanging out for a few days to see this setup and pretty impressed Looks exactly like what I need for my setup so might go the local fish shop this week.
What country do you speak of? As a beer drinking Aussie I say we lobby our Government to pressure this inhumane nation to allow consumption of sweet, sweet beer
