I ended up giving my mate the away teams to stay consistent as you said Boonie but no more chances for anyone this year!!

My first car was an '82 Gemini that had Fred Flinstone brakes

Sold that and moved to a Ford Escort RS2000 with a Sierra 5 speed and boy could that thing move  Considered the Cossie engine swap but $$$ and time cut that project short. Sold it to a young bloke who I stressed to ...

Not me Boonie but I might have to make a special trip up there to check it out. Been on a bit of a break on the homebrew scene the past few weeks but should be ready to put another one down when I get paid next week.

Best wishes Oliver - I hurt my back playing league a few years ago and despite extensive physio and "back exercises" it has never been the same.

Stopped a promising greenkeeping career where I could sink many, many beers after work

Canberra supporting living near Newcastle territory and I wouldn't change a thing.

Newcastle isn't a bad team. They tend to keep out of the headlines and place a nice style of footy (except over the weekend) but their supporters are just wankers. My ex's family were a prime example

Don't worry too much about time frames mate. My 2nd brew is still sitting in the shed after 3 weeks and should be right to bottle tomorrow depending on my hydrometer reading.

Look for the clues that your brew has finished fermenting rather than relying on a fixed time frame.

Don't think this was the best place to post this sorta question mate but a search of the Forums reveals plenty of info about keeping the temp constant during the colder and warmer months

Being a relative newby myself I can't really help too much but don't tip out your brew mate.

I would suggest that without the brewing sugar you will have very little alcohol content so why not just throw the brewing sugar in now and leave it for another week? Worst result it that you start from ...
