Hi DrSmurto,

I noticed you have exactly the same esky as me and I also have the beerbelly falsie. I've only used mine once but I found that due to the bottom of the esky not being a perfectly flat surface, I had quite a bit of grain making its way underneath and into the runoff. Just wondered if ...

Hey mate,

I tried it not long ago and agree with DJ, it could do with some more hops. I think I used S-04 because US56 was not available at my HBS at the time.

It ended up with quite a maltly almost earthy grain flavour which I didn't really like, but I think that may be due to the S-04.

lol, ok cool thanks that. I guess the answer is it "might" work. Hopefully someone has tried it and can save me from making a big mistake. I hate wasting beer. Yeah I've got a few fresh wort containers, but they're only 15L so my kegs would fill up a bit short.

Hi Guys,

I'm kind of in the same boat here, only have 2 kegs and only 2 will fit in my fridge. So I was thinking that to build up my supplies I would buy a few 20L plastic jerry cans and rack into those until a keg is free.

But being that these wouldn't be stored in a fridge, will this be a ...
