1.15kg Ginger Raw and going to hit with processer (ginger is fresh though so might leave in fridge for a little)

Like it, i really like the coffee overtone even though i dont drink coffee.
On a different note hope it all goes well Warra recovery is shit at the best of times.

I got 1 in the yard as well but just use the young leaves in making curry.
Gather you use the rind though and do you use much as it is a very strong / pungent taste.

Worked out washing 90 longnecks from scratch is a bloody huge pain.
