Gas/air in Keg beerline
Attention Keggers: Recently I have been getting air pockets in the beer line after pouring a pint. After the tap snaps closed I watch the small bubbles appear along the line, (not leaking in).

Search for the European Taste
You know the taste......when you open a Hieny or a Moretti, and you get that distinct (arguably desirable) imported after taste that reminds you why you just paid an extra 2.50 for the quaff.
Any tips in how to achieve this taste? Is it the Yeast, or additives?
Thanks

Bad Beer taste
Hi Guys (first entry here)
My keg beer is great, however the remaining beer that is bottled tastes disgusting. Is this due to bacteria (bottles not washed enough), or due to cleaning solution (bottles not rinsed enough after washing with the pink sulphur dioxide)?
Thanks
