For the record I don't think I can make beer any better than other systems, but repeatability is great, cleaning is great and simplicity is spot on. :D

I love my Braumeister, I just finished a brew with it.
The worst thing about brewing is the cleanup and with the BM it's a breeze.

Mines an origianal model an I can't fault it. The new model has had some issues with the screen fogging up.
The plus models chilling jacket is not very efficient on ...

Brewed again yesterday.
Been trying to clone Innis & Gunn's wood aged Scottish beer.
First time I think I got the grain bill about right but didn't oak it long enough.
This time, fingers crossed I'll get it right.

I dusted off the Braumeister yesterday and brewed an American Brown Ale with cascade and citra.

it was a fun day, I may do it again sometime :lol:

Hi Pancakes, I've got into the habit of turning the cooling water on as I've turned the power on.
Are you practising cuts? If so you will only be drinking the heart cut and you should be making a spirit that is headache free.

I gave my father in law a box of various beers/ciders a while ago.

My mother in law decided to use one of the beers to make batter for her fish.
She didn't know there was cider in a couple of the bottles :lol: apparently it tasted disgusting :shock:
