First attempt at using an all juice method ,have done a couple using the can stuff with half juice ect,thought I'd produce a better cider if I cut out the stuff that I don't really need ,thanks for the heads up.

Been a while since I've been on !
Been toying with the idea of making 10ltrs of apple cider using all juice (just juice what ever brand thats on special presative free of course) Probably use about 500g of shredded pears I think I will work off this formula:

I just wanted to be sure,now I'm resy to have a crack just need to put down a brew.First time out I'm going to do a Morgans aussie pilsner with some saaz thrown in so if I have any probs I've only lost a cheapie and not an A.G. cheers and happy brewing!

What my plans are once i've got everything set up is to fill the keg up then bottle the rest for later ,till I get more expierence with kegging (it seems the best way to go in the future ) I was going to use a coopers lager for my first go as its not too expensive ...

I used Wyeast Danish Lager yeast ,Thanks for the heads up t.l. !
I was more concerned about the purity of the malt against what was what,I thouhgt wheat malt may have husks or some kind of small contaminant thay could effect the yeast or possibly kill it off ,but alls good thanks again.

that puts me where I was thining, beauty!
No air locks means I dont have to muck around too much with my fridge. I only got a bit concerned about priming after I read a post on lagering there was no mention of bulk priming,bottle priming ect yet a lot of discussion on gas.
