Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage.... Sounds nasty but supposedly it is wonderful. I have a bottle in the fridge right now. I'm trying to work up the the nerve to drink it.

I can see the plant laying on the bottom of the bottle. At the store they told me I could use it to start my own.
