adjuncts in a belgium beer hoegaarden style

just a quick question

Im about to make a Belgium style wheat beer hogaarden style recipe.. standard kit tin wheat variety recipe using no
extra grains. Using 2 orange zests and coriander and cumin.

I measure 3 x 1 ltre ice bricks i make in the freezer and add them to the fermenter before i pitch the yeast.

another tip is I use a fish tank stick on thermometer on the outside cost me 2 dollars for k mart to monitor the temp.

keep water topped up in the airlock at half way. \
Also once the brew is fermented make sure during your clean up u get in there
inside the air lock with a cotton bud and tooth brush give it a good clean

I have seen alot of beer fail due to a dirty airlock

and I found galena hops there and the comment seems good...

If you could choose just1 bittering hop, this would be the hop of choice ...

And follow the same mashing method for the grain as for most barley grains

I use saaz and hallertau Hops

I want to improve head and body of the lager
A few previous lager brews I have made have tasted ok, yet they seem too thin in body and the head does not hang about, the taste is ok.

Now I know by adding light dry malt will improve taste ...
