just a quick question
Im about to make a Belgium style wheat beer hogaarden style recipe.. standard kit tin wheat variety recipe using no
extra grains. Using 2 orange zests and coriander and cumin.

I measure 3 x 1 ltre ice bricks i make in the freezer and add them to the fermenter before i pitch the yeast.
another tip is I use a fish tank stick on thermometer on the outside cost me 2 dollars for k mart to monitor the temp.

keep water topped up in the airlock at half way. \
Also once the brew is fermented make sure during your clean up u get in there
inside the air lock with a cotton bud and tooth brush give it a good clean
I have seen alot of beer fail due to a dirty airlock

and I found galena hops there and the comment seems good...
