Re: Stella clone (again!)
I just kegged my Grumpy`s Stella Pride and its a good example of a Stella, nice bitter taste, crisp, clean, I made it with 1oz of extra saaz in flavouring and aroma and used a coopers light extract.

Re: Grumpy`s Instructions
Interesting to read.
Thanks for the lesson.
I shouldve waited or searched harder for the instructions,as I now know what not to do unless you know what you are doing.
But my chin is still up and I moved on to the next one-Stella Pride from Grumpy`s-next time steep grains for 10-15 mins

Grumpy`s Instructions
Hellooooooo
I ordered a grumpy`s muldoon irish red and it came with no instrutions,so I just assumed to brew it like any other extract.
Boiled the bag of grains and steeped for an hour-added hopped liquid malt after about 20-25 minutes, added the provided hops(don`t know what these are) for the last ...

Re: Nitrogen mix
Thanks,I guess I should look at the premixed tanks and regulators we have over here.
I have a kegerator set up for 2 kegs with co2,and was looking for another way to dispense without disrupting that setup.

Nitrogen mix
Hello
Is it possible to force carbonate my beer with CO2 and than use a keg charger with a 12 gram bulb to help pour a creamy head on a stout or real ale,or could I just use the keg charger with the nitrogen and no added co2.
Cheers
