The oldest I've had was an Old (created from the can). It was 7 years old.
I had tasted it at 2 and 5 years and it got better as it aged. I ran out of them at 7.

Currently I have some at 2 1/2 years trying to save them till they are 21.

I used glass bottles with a plastic screw cap and boiled the lining out the cap. The caps sealed enough to not allow the liquid to escape but not enough to stop the gas.

How can I remedy the problem?
(I have bought replacement caps).
Can I recarbonate with priming sugar?
If so with how much ...
