All i do is brew mid strength beer(Half the sugar)Ask my Dr & that was his suggestion.

:D If you mean use the carbon drops,yes i did.the temp was around 16 Degrees.I have bought a heat band & the temp went up to 32 degrees.
Am too scared to brew in winter.What are your thoughts?Do you guys brew in winter or wait for summer?

I've already said about the Little Creatures Pale ALe i brewde left it for 2 weeks & it smelt alright &tasted alright but was flat.I know that the Pale Ale is abit flatter but this doesn't even fizz when i unscrew the lid.

I brewed this one at around 16 degrees but am worried cause its been sitting in my shed and it's been pretty cold in there.
Will this effect the beer?I'm like a dad with a new born baby.
Are you supposed to cover the bottles when you bottle the brew?

how long for a Pale Ale brew after bottling?to drink?

Just wondering how long after bottling do you let Little Creatures Pale Ale sitand how do you know when its ready?

I rinse my bottles and turn them upside down to dry,then i put the bottles in a tub of steriliser and then let them stand for an hour then rinse and put in my brew.Is this alright because my first brew was contaminated?
I'm a bit worried because i don't want to ruin this brew.

Thanks fellows.
I've just brewed a little creatures pale ale and fingers crossed is looking good.Bubbling away.I made sure that everything was sanitized this time.
I bought a heat band for the fermenter.Seems to be working.
Hopefully bottle on weekend.

First brew frothy

:( My first brew was very frothy and gassy.It also tasted like vinegar.I brewed a Mid strength in stubbies.
Can you explain why?
