Myself and my fellow brewer now only bottle into longnecks, we found it is less of a headache. It is a good idea to wash your bottle's as soon as you have finished( ie run under some water). Then two day's prior to bottling we start to wash our bottle's. We have not had any problem's.

Cascade Spicy Ghost

:D Well Hi all, this is my first post, I have been brewing now for a couple of years, I'm up to brew 96, and have decided to try the Cascade range.
Have any of you Brewmaster's tried the Cascade range, We have decided to put down a Cascade Spicy Ghost Draught.

Mmmm, The Heritage Sparkling is one of my Favorite's, I have brewed 6 brew's and have not had one failure.As Oliver say's agitate the bottle again and move them somewhere warm for a few day's, that is if you have primed the bottle's.
On your next brew, try bulk priming( see notes);

I find that bulk priming fixes this problem, I tend to prime my 20-23 ltrs with 180g-200g of Dextrose. With my stouts I tend to reduce this so as to have a more creamy head.
I have also been racking my beer after the primary ferment. I tend to allow my wort to ferment for 5-7day's then with a hand ...
