I did actually use Lyles golden syrup, but more from accident than anything else. For the yeast i was actually told the yeast from the tin would do the job, the tin was a Black Rock Nut Brown Ale. adding extras & boiling
HI,
I am making a brew with a few extras including corriander and orange peel. When should i add these? Just into the fermenter when seeds are crushed etc or should they be boiled with the sugars and then strained. If boiled, how is it done. I have only done kits before and havnt boiled a thing yet ...
