I've just recently bottled a honey beer for the missus. She is a real fan of the Beezneez. If you get close to cloning it, let us know.
My HBS said to use 1kg of honey. This is way over the top compared to what has been said here. Hopefully it will be drinkable. Will let you know in a couple ...

Even though I have been brewing for a couple of years, I'd never thought to bulk prime. I'm nearly ready to bottle a brew so hopefully I won't stuff it up the first time. Thanks for the reply TF.

I brew in an old fridge, a heat belt in the winter and frozen bottles of water around the fermenter in summer. Seems to do the trick.

I've only ever used the shop made ones. They are usually dextrose and corn syrup. There is nothing to stop you adding something else like malt.
Probably nothing you didn't know already.
