I've just recently bottled a honey beer for the missus. She is a real fan of the Beezneez. If you get close to cloning it, let us know.

I brew in an old fridge, a heat belt in the winter and frozen bottles of water around the fermenter in summer. Seems to do the trick.

I've only ever used the shop made ones. They are usually dextrose and corn syrup. There is nothing to stop you adding something else like malt.
