Apparantly the Cooper BE2 is:

500g light dry malt
250g dextrose
250g maltodextrin

I found that Brewcraft sell an Asahi kit, has anyone tried this out? It's about $40 and uses Beermakers Lager.

Theres a cracker of a new micro brewrey in Goolwa in South Australia. Its called the Steam Exchange and its right on the river front down at the wharf.
