Number 23 and no problems. I usually bottle, rinse the barrel with cold water and some bleach, give it a scrub with a new clean sponge and water and bleach, rinse it with boiling water a few times then put on another brew straight away. Mexican Cerveza + Honey?

I had a taste of one of my mates Cerveza brews the other day, and I quite liked it. He said he used BE2, some cinnamon and 250g of honey. It's been sitting around for 7 weeks, and I must say i was impressed with a 7 week beer being so nice. :D

Anyone else ever used honey in a Cerveza brew? Or ...

Hey all, I'm new here! Been brewing beer for a few months now, with success.

I decided I'm going to brew some apple cider (using a kit) and wanted to ask if theres any sugars better than others that i could use? I have a whole heap of dextrose, but I'm unsure if its okay to use it with cider ...
