Hi I have seen this mentioned before. Can you please explain what it is? How it works? I accidently froze a couple of Morgans and upon defrosting they were the best I drank. Any idea as to why?

I have been told that instead of adding sugar / dextrose to bottles you should mix the beer with a sugar / dextrose mix by placing sugar / dextrose in another fermentor and allowing the first fermentor to empty into it. So it mixes and allows you to bottle with out having to place sugar ...

Hi, I have quick question. I have made a batch of tooheys draught beer. Carbonated with sugar.
