90 min boil making sure the first 30 min before the first hop addition were vigorous. I turn my NASA burner to full for the first 30 mins and then lower it to a gentle rolling boil for the remaining 60 mins.

Agree whith the Doc, for Belgians..the key is Yeast , Liquid is the go for these babies.

On to it already Doc, looks like im going to be well stocked for yeasts for a while. Get into the Yorkshire Ale yeasts... they are only seasonal. Soon they will be gone.

Not to bad for a recipe. IMHO Id use either Magnum or Simcoe
for bittering, lighten up on the Crystal, some American Hops .eg.. Cascade, Amarillo etc. for flavour/aroma additions.

As I posted earlier....I got to much NS. So I would drop that back a bit at flameout. Im still playing with the idea of using POR for the 60min addition in my second batch of this. Will report back in the New Year on how this went.

I have a packet of the new Americain hop Citra..
I hope to do a Sierra Nevada Torpedo Clone...courtesy of BYO magazine.
I will also Combine it with Simcoe and Cascade for a real fruity APA. OR, just do a single hop APA.
