Battlefield Coopers - the Movie

Postby silkworm » Wednesday Oct 05, 2005 4:29 pm

What a story!
I can see a movie in this....
boardroom family company dramas (like in Batman begins)
court room douple crossing and intrigue (like in 'A Few Good Men')
beer brewing and shipping growth of empire (like in 'the untouchables')
early days of the company following gritty hard working inspiration ( trying to think of the novel about the early rocks and a boxer!)
modern family fraud and legal battle over wills and power ( like in 'heartbreakers')
Who shall we get to star?
Hugh Jackman as Thomas Cooper,
Sigourney Weaver as Mary Phyllis Henderson?
All we need is a few mysterious bodies found in the Murray River and a final win for Coopers and we have a hit on our hands.
I'm writing the screenplay as we speak.....
Cheers
