The wheat would not make a huge difference IMO.
You really do need the Chinook.
Do you want me to post you some?, only prob is temp control, but I have had some in fridge and left out for hours and brewed and it was OK.
The chinook I can get for about 1-2 bucks for 12g + postage which is 50c on top.

It may be a week or so, but I would not brew this recipe without it, for that "clone" taste and smell.
One other thing, after you have bottled, drink out of a glass to really let the taste and aroma flourish. Smell before pouring though and enjoy the concentrated aroma.
