This is not a normal recipe but worth considering if you like saaz.

1 can coopers aussie pale ale
500 g LDME
500 g dex
15g tett or amarillo @ 60 min (bittering, adjust higher if using tett)
15g saaz @ 40 to 30 min
15g saaz @ 15 to 10 min
15g saaz @ flameout if you like

I have made a fair few of these lately tinkering with timing @ quantity with the coopers pale ale, Really enjoying them, try to leave 3-4 weeks that's when they really mellow and balance a bit better. i didn't, drinking last bottles 3-4 weeks tops.

Cheers

Amarillo and cascade blend well.

B-Saaz and Cascade are the hops in Little Creatures Bright Ale

I love APA's, so I'd be going with probably Cluster for bittering, Amarillo and Cluster for flavour and Cascade for Aroma.

Perhaps something along the lines of the following:

3kg Light Liquid Malt Extract
200g Dextrose
200g Crystal grain (steeped)

20g Cluster @ 60 min
10g Cluster @ 20 min
10g Amarillo @ 20 min
20 g Cascade @ 5 min

US-05 yeast.
