converting fresh hops to pellet equivalents

Been looking at some old American receipes and the receipes use fresh or dried hops not pellets and I'm wondering how to convert to pellets. Also Brewmaster brew blend #11 what is it consist of?

Hi Jim,

According to my doco, if the recipe calls for flowers you reduce the weight by 20 per cent if you're using pellets.

I'm sure someone will tell me I'm wrong!

Can't help with the Brewmaster #1 question sorry.

Cheers,

Oliver
