Choc Porter

Postby earle » Wednesday Jan 05, 2011 11:23 am

Per Mick's request in the lotto thread. The choc wheat was originally intended to be choc chit but I grabbed the wrong bag from the freezer and didn't realize till much later but the wheat adds a nice note to it. I'm not sure you can get choc chit anymore in any case.

It was a choc spec malt that is no longer being produced. If you're interested and do a call around some LHBS somewhere may still have some but Craftbrewer is out of stock.

If you are interested in converting this to AG Mick, there is info about what is in the coopers kits (and beers) in this thread http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3643&highlight=whiteboard#p39649
