The hops really make this one. Next time I will use the Dry English ale yeast from craftbrewer.

Brewer: Earle
Style: English Special or Best Bitter
TYPE: Extract
Steep grains in 4L 70C for 45 min, sparge with 2L 70C
Hop Boil 6L, 800g malt extract
