Kind of a play on Misty Mountain Hop
I put this one in the fermentor last night. First try with DME. Worked out nicely.
1lb Crystal L15
6 lbs Breiss DME
2oz Somcoe 13.2% for 45 min
2oz Willamette 5.2% for 15 min
1 Whirlfloc 5 min
Pitched dry US04 American Ale
Dry hopped with 1oz US Goldings 5.7%
All fresh whole hops. I forgot to take a gravity reading but my app says it should be 1.058
