gees it's fun to start experimenting in brewing isnt it! having a ball reseraching different recipes and hearing what everyone has tried!

Sitting here sipping a purchased LCPA....bought a case as a Fellow staff member said, "Buy a case of beer and send me the receipt, I owe you a favour"...okey dokey, on special for 57 bucks I think he was expecting me to buy Tooheys for $35...I don't think so Tim.
Anyway, tomorrow is LCPA day, going to buy ingredients to make another batch. Only have to buy Morgans can . I have the rest even the hops.
I've made a few beers lately and they have been nice but not niiiiiiiiiiice
LCPA, here I come.
The temp is getting a little cool, but with a jumper around the keg, she'll be right.
forcetwelve, let me know your thoughts on the first taste you have.
Happy brewing
Cheers
Boonie
