After some input on this attempt at a Beez Neez clone. Information from the brewery itself says it has a third honey(added at end of boil), third wheat malt and a third ale malt. IBU is around 15 and it is hopped with POR. Alc is 4.7%, so:
1 1.5kg can of Cooper's wheat malt (which is 1/2 malt 1/2 wheat malt)
250g Ale Malt (Weyermann)
250g Wheat Malt Pale (Weyermann)
1kg of honey (added at end of boil)
12g of POR 9% for 60 min
US05 yeast
Brewed to 16L
In BeerSmith this gives me 4.71SRM and 15.1 IBU, OG 1.048, FG 1.011
The 250grms of each grain brings the weights up to a kilo of each, but as efficiency is say 75% do I need to up these by 25% or am I overcomplicating things? All other suggestions are sought .
PS besides a screen shot is there a way to copy and paste recipe data from beersmith?
