the recipe will be
2kg dex
500d lactose
20 lemons
30g ginger
5 g Yeast nutrient
500g honey
made to 23 ltrs
Just unsure of yeast

I made a lemonade with just US05 and some nutrient. Fermented down to 0.998, so it definitely does the job.
