Have a taste out of the fermenter and if it's OK then bottle it.

It was a Brigalow Cider with 4 litres of apple juice and schnapps flavouring, yes?

What is the actual reading on the hydrometer?

Don't overlook temperature control as one of the secrets of brewing good beverages. There are plenty of threads about temperature control such as using ice, cold baths, fans, etc.

Cheers,

Oliver
