Mead Recipe

This is the first topic under this new category, so I'll ask a general question.
[Well, it was until I move a whole lot of threads in here ... sorry, Trizza - Oliver]
I'm after a mead recipe, hopefully to make a brew with very high alcohol content , maybe just for fun to only 15L or something to get a feel for mead brewing.
Can anyone help me out?

http://www.gotmead.com is a good source of recipes and help, also listen to a few of the mead shows from basic brewing radio have a look down the bottom, some good info there, i'm really tempted to make one but have never tryed one befor, anyone know where i can get some good comercial or home brewed mead?

I recently picked up a bottle of Maxwells Honey Mead from Maclaren Vale SA. It's not too bad (bearing in mind its the only example I've tried)

That's the mead we drink at home. Their spiced mead is very yummy too!
