Ive inherited an old oak barrel its about 2 gallons with bung and tap, and is filled with some pretty yucky looking plonk.
How do i clean it out wash it with what and whats a good thing to refill it with?

Take a small, speculative wiff/sip of the plonk - it may just be great. Could be s**t also...
