Black Rock Cider

Any suggestions as to a fermentable for Black Rock Cider. Also, has anyone noticed that one teaspoon of sugar in the bottle still seems to leave the cider flatt, I have been using a desert spoon to get a decent bubble. Any ideas. Fred

I can't recommend my No.35 Black Rock Cider highly enough. See http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/ourhomebrews.html

Let us know if there's anything else.

Cheers,

Oliver

Gotta agree re the Cider. I followed Olivers recipe and its a great drop. The missus is very impressed though finds it is still a bit dry for her taste. Perhaps next time will add extra lactose.

Fred,

I haven't had any problems. I usually slightly underprime my beers, too.

I can't suggest any cause for your problem, sorry. It's very strange.
