I've got a Brigalow cider going in a grain n grape artisinale wort fermenter (about 16L i guess) and I've got an SG 1002, the stuff is bubbling just pouring it into the beaker to test the gravity, used the Saflager yeast yellow and its been fermenting for a few weeks now, should i bottle it or let it wait longer, dont want it to be too dry, but also dont want bombs
any ideas? this is my first post in a long long while, and it was just an experiment on the side of the main brews, the last cider i did like this was a hit, with a lighter i popped the cap off over two houses one night, no joke..
thanks, b
