been given heaps of mangoes,
so thought i'd cook some up 6kg
add 3 litres apple juice
few litres of water
bit of dex 500 or 1 kg
100g lactose
brew for a couple of week champers yeast
then bottle like beer..
any thoughts cjust put cooked stuff in fridge 4 the night.
any ideas would be apreciated

I'd tend to make a mango beer with it..... I recently made a Belgian Blonde ale and racked some on to mangoes and it came out lovely....
If you're going to do it, perhaps use a white wine yeast because the champagne yeast might dry it out too much.

ok i'll try the differnt yeast
have a canadian blonde in cupboard and i can get more mangoes
will try that also
