new to making ciders

hi i bought two brewcraft kits
i have made the first one and it was pretty good but i would love to make it sweeter
the kit contains
1 can Black Rock Cider with the cider yeast
1 pack Brewcraft # 15 Brew Booster
1 Top Shelf Apple Schnapps essence
and 500g Lactose

and says to have up to 18 litres

i enjoyed the first one but would perfer it sweeter
and is the any tricks to kegging cider cause when i make this kit up i want to keg it

Kegging would make it easier. I'd leave out the lactose, ferment as normal then keg and sweeten as you need it. Because you aren't priming you don't have to worry about the yeasties eating the sugar and drying it out.

I make that same cider recipe but use 3lts Apple juice and 750ml can of pear juice instead of the schnapps which I thought was pear anyway.

Makes great cider 8)
