G'day guys...
I've got a request from one of the people at work. He's looking to make a kit-based copy of Stone's Ginger Beer. He's very much a beginner when it comes to this sort of thing... however, he's basically my boss, so it would be good if the recipe was close to the real deal. Any takers?

I put the Coopers kit and Stones GB on an almost equal level of awfulness. The only things that really separates them for my money is that the Coopers has more ginger bite but a worse aftertaste. Can't help with an exact replica but if he can sit on the Coopers kit for about 3 months I reckon he'd be happy enough with the results.
