Hey all,

My first batch of cider is going to be bottled tomorrow night....
My question is,

Is there any benifet in bottling and then storing in a cold fridge? For its life of the second fermentation? Rather then storiung at around 20 - 22 degs on a shelf?

The only thing that chilling post-bottling will do is render your live yeast proteins dormant, meaning that your cider won't carb.

If anything, leave at ambient room temp for 2-3 weeks (depending on how long the brew takes to carb) and then fridge them up.
