I wonder if US gas threads are the same as AU gas threads.

I *thought* the CO2 threads were incompatible...

Thats the same reason why i havent bought one of those propane powered jet engines yet.... and the fact that i live next to a policeman...

Just thought i'd let use know from what i've read on the net the large POL type lpg fittings used on propane differ slightly from those used in the U.S.A and those used in the U.k which would possibly lead to slight leakage issues with LPG, Hence for safety' s sake would not be worth investing in o/seas propane gear just to save $20-$30 bucks just not worth it considering the consequences :( oh well it was worth a thought, NASA ere i come :D
