Seems Adelaide tap water was doing good things for me and now i have messed with it, its all gone to shit.
Mind you, Doc, it'll be very interesting to see what these beers actually taste like. The efficiency may be down but maybe the beers will seem more balanced (though your beer bling suggests you can't be doing much wrong
